Owner / Medical Esthetican
Mara Pinney established Mara’s Med Spa in Dallas in 2017 with the goal of combining time-honored Brazilian disciplines, leading scientific methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies to bring her clients a prestigious and relaxing full-body experience.
Mara came to Dallas from her native Brazil via Milan and Dubai. She has over a decade of experience in the medspa field as a licensed laser technician and medical esthetician.

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! At Mara's Med Spa in Dallas it's fast and easy to schedule a complimentary consultation with an esthetician and received your customized plan and pricing based on your needs and goals.
Do you accept health insurance?
Mara's Med Spa Dallas, like all med spas in Texas, does not accept insurance. Med spas offer almost exclusively elective procedures that improve appearance which does not qualify for typical health insurance.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are available with no money down and no interest for the first year using Green Sky and Care Credit. Offers can vary based on credit score. Ask our customer support team member for more info.
